Lodging:
- We will be staying at The Inn at Solitude, Solitude Mountain, Big Cottonwood Canyon, UT
- Room rates are for 6 nights.
- Double sharing is $1,496 / person.
- Single rate is $2,450 ($408/night includes taxes) with either a King or two Queens with Mountain View.
- All rooms have a refrigerator and microwave.
- The Inn at Solitude “convenience store is stocked with beer, wine, liquor, snacks, groceries, and other essentials. Our take-and-bake meals are convenient and popular with lodging guests – or anyone who wants to arrive home with something quick and delicious in hand.”
- Note – After September 1st the room rates inch up and each month thereafter, so booking early is important!
- Indicate whether single or double and who your roommate might be.
- A.non-refundable deposit of $750 is due now to hold your room, air and lift tickets. The balance of the trip cost would be due January 15, 2024.
- One room with a kitchenette has been booked so it can be used as a gathering room and perhaps prepare some breakfasts and/or lunches.
Transportation:
- Best rate as of August 16, 2023 is United and currently is $690.
- Leaves Madison 8:40 a.m. Sunday March 3rd and arrives in Salt Lake City at 12:50 p.m.
- Return air leaves Salt Lake City 2:45 p.m. Saturday March 9 and arrives in Madison at 9:05 p.m. (Both flights go through Denver)
- Shuttle service to/from airport to Solitude, $200.
- Air prices cannot be guaranteed but Daluge Travel can book the air as soon as a deposit is received.
Lift Tickets:
- Four days of lift tickets Monday-Friday for Seniors 65 and older is $275.
- Four days of lift tickets Monday-Friday for Adults is $395.

- Or to ski another weekday Alta or Snowbird in Little Cottonwood Canyon is an option
